When renting a property via the web site either directly or indirectly you are entering into an agreement with the property owner and the terms set out by them. We will have no involvement and can not be held responsible for any renting arrangements or transactions made between you and any third party.

Advertising Property on HouseRental.ie

By posting details of your property on the web site directly or indirectly you agree to the following terms and conditions.

You agree that we can not be held liable for any damage, loss of property, theft or any incident which may occur from you renting your property via the web site. We will have no involvement and can not be held responsible for any renting arrangements or transactions made between you and any third party. You agree to post your details at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any situation or incident that may occur from posting your details on the web site. Whilst we do our best to provide a quality service to property owners and promote the properties listed we can not guarantee the lease of any property listed on the web site. We reserve the right to modify or remove any advertisement at any time without notice. Advertisements submitted should not include excessive capital lettering, excessive punctuation or inappropriate content, such ads may be modified or rejected. We can not be held responsible for any comments or actions made by people responding to your advertisement.

If you do not agree to these terms we can not advertise your property. If at any time you want your advertisement revised or removed please contact us. Payments for advertisements displayed on the site can not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

All details submitted via the web site or by email associated with the web site are used solely in the operation and management of the web site. When submitting your personal information for an advertisement you give us permission to display this information on the web site. Enquiries made via the online form on an advertisement page are sent directly to your email address.
